Each student is entirely liable for activities conducted by themselves or anyone else in connection with the subscription and use of this service. The student must keep his/her password secret and not disclose it to others. Allowing others to use this service, student subscription, or password is strictly prohibited.


Many courses require that the student be 18 years of age and have no criminal history. All students are responsible for contacting the appropriate licensing agency for verification of these qualifications.


Students taking the course under an assumed name is strictly prohibited. The student will be removed from the course with no refund and reported to the appropriate agency.


Students receiving outside assistance is strictly prohibited. The student will be removed from the course with no refund and reported to the appropriate agency.


Bob Brooks School of Real Estate and Insurance reserves the right to modify course content at any time.


Bob Brooks School of Real Estate and Insurance reserves the right to terminate the subscription of any student for any reason without penalty to the school.


The contents of this publication, in its entirety, is subject to any revisions of local, state and federal laws and regulations.  The information in this book is on an “as is” basis, without warranty.  The authors of this book and Bob Brooks School of Real Estate and Insurance, Inc., shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person  or entity with respect to liability, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information, instructions, ideas and principles contained in this book.  This publication is not for the purpose of rendering legal or other professional service. After reviewing each lesson, students must take a periodic quiz to test their comprehension of the subject matter previously presented. The student must pass the quiz to move to the next lesson.


After completing all of the lessons, the student must then take a comprehensive final exam in which the student must pass to receive their certificate.


Only one certificate will be issued in the name under which the student is enrolled. Duplicate certificates can be issued for a fee by contacting our Baton Rouge , LA , office by calling 800-448-5693 or 225-292-7277.

Bob Brooks School of Real Estate & Insurance, Inc. students have the right to cancel any course one full week after initial purchase-until midnight of the seventh calendar day after initial purchase-and receive a refund (less a $50 administrative fee) without penalty. The administrative fee for continuing education courses is $25.00.


A student is entitled to a tuition refund if both of the following conditions have been met:

  • Bob Brooks School of Real Estate & Insurance, Inc. has received an email addressed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it canceling the student’s registration and requesting a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the student’s purchase date; AND

  • The student has not begun the course.

  • The cancellation request must be received by midnight of the seventh (7th) calendar day from the purchase date. The administrative fee will be withheld from the refund amount and the refund will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the written refund request. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card in which the course was purchased. If payment was made by check, a refund check will be issued to the person or entity that made the initial payment.
